The service technician Rory was very professional, explained the treatment and how the pests cause damage and what steps beyond their service I can do to prevent any pest damage to my house.

Waste of money. Couldn’t kill a weed if their lives depended on it. Only thing they have done for us is kill the new sod. 500$ for literally nothing.

He was very polite and most of all very honest with what he considered would be best for our yard. Since we have aged in place, our finances aren’t all that good and we appreciated his honesty about everything.

I got to meet George today. He seems to really want to help turn around whatever happened to my new sod. He understood I hired Trads to help fix current issue, get ahead of problems, and maintain a healthy lawn. I am hopeful he can do that. He made me feel heard and understood and that kind of interaction coupled with the betterment of my lawn will keep me with Trads. Thank you, George.
