Our team digs a trench at the base of your home that is six inches deep. We fill the trench with the liquid, then fill it back in. You can expect a reapplication every five years to guarantee a protective barrier for your Jacksonville home.

I cannot thank Mr. Hien enough - he is the amazing person who saved me from the Sugar Ant Invasion 2025! They came in over night - and while I murdered all I could find, they still made it to the 2nd floor of my home. I put on my Sherlock hat and I tracked them to their tiny - oh so so so tiny - entryways and taped them in until he arrived. (Hey don't judge - I did what I had to do!) He got here as promised and after looking at my beautiful tape job, I MEAN the ant entries, he got to work. It has been 3 days now and not a single sugar ant has made an appearance. I could not be more grateful to him and to Trad's for taking care of it so so quickly. Take that you little torture bugs - and thanks so much Mr. Hien!

I installed St Augustine sod in my front and back yard. I had a beautiful lawn. When Trad's started treating my lawn, it deteoriated quickly. The excuse I was given was because the yard is treated for chinch bugs, it does not mean I will not get any. That was not a selling point used when I signed up for service. I would have taken my chances and treated the lawn myself. I also had pest control and continued to have insects. My dog was even stung by these insects.I have a large investment in my home and lawn. I thought my lawn and dog would be protected through this service. I was horribly wrong. I have made numerous trips to Home Depot to bring my lawn back to life and to treat for insects. Trad's told me only 2 pieces of sod were needed to replace parts of my yard. A corner section of my back yard is burnt from their products and part of the front is equally as bad. More than 2 pieces of sod are needed to replace the damage that was caused by them. Do yourself a favor and treat your own yard. Trad's was not worth the loss.
